Flat rate of 15$ applies to all other orders containing a coat, 10$ flat rate applies to orders containing a collar or a leash.

Canada Post Standard Shipping up to 7 business days to most non-rural areas within Canada. For US orders, please allow couple more days for border procedures.

Exchanges
Canadian customers can exchange clean, not used products for free within 14 days from the delivery date (the exchange process have to be initiated within 14 days).
The customer is responsible for safe packaging the products for exchange.

Returns
Clean, not used products could be returned within 30 days from the delivery date and are eligible for refunds (we must receive the products back within 30 days).
The customer is responsible for safe packaging and returning the products as well as all costs associated with sending the products back.
